Platform Update: Streamlined Design & Enhanced Email Editor

We're rolling out two key enhancements to help your team work smarter and stay on brand: a refreshed interface aligned with our recent branding update, and a new, intuitive email editor that makes building event communications effortless.


1. Refreshed Interface, Consistent Brand Experience

Over the past month, our website and brand materials adopted a bold, cleaner look. Now, the same style lives inside the platform. The result is a cleaner, more cohesive visual experience across everything you touch, helping your team stay focused and confident while working within the platform.

Brand & Logo Update

  • You’ll first notice the redesigned logo in the top-left of your screen, a new favicon, and updated platform colours that flow through every screen. These visual updates ensure a consistent look and feel across your internal tools and client-facing materials.

Unified Visuals

  • We’ve introduced a refined colour palette and improved typography to boost readability and usability. Iconography and button styles have been standardised throughout, helping you and your team move through the platform with less friction and more confidence.

Cleaner Navigation

  • Redesigned layouts and streamlined menus reduce visual clutter and help you get to what matters faster, whether it’s attendee lists, budget tracking, or agenda setup. It’s a more focused, purposeful workspace designed with real-world workflows in mind.

2. Intuitive Email Editor

Crafting and sending attendee communications should be quick and reliable. Our upgraded editor delivers just that:

Visual Layouts

  • Easily build your message by dragging in text blocks, images, and call-to-action buttons. What you see in the editor is exactly what your recipients will see in their inbox.

Key Settings Front and Centre

  • No more hunting through tabs. Frequently used options like subject lines, modules, tags, and custom links are now surfaced directly on the main editor screen, making it easier to make essential changes in seconds.

Inline Formatting

  • Need to tweak a headline, change a font colour or update a link? Simply click and type. No extra dialogues, no HTML, no hidden menus.

Full-Page Workspace

  • The editor now spans the full screen, giving you ample room to focus without distraction. Whether you’re building a quick save-the-date or a multi-section campaign, you’ll have the clarity and control you need.

These enhancements mean less time wrestling with formatting and more confidence that every message you send looks clean, consistent, and on brand, whether you're communicating with five stakeholders or five hundred guests.
