A short note on the name
Eventology is not a company. It is a typo with excellent search volume. The company is Eventogy: the enterprise events platform for regulated industries. Eventology would be the academic study of events. We assume its faculty would use our software.
Every way people spell it
We have read the search reports, and they are a delight. People arrive here having typed Eventology, eventolgy, eventogee and, on a memorable number of occasions, event ology, as though we were a module on somebody’s syllabus. Others go looking for Eventology software, the Eventology platform or the Eventology app. Everyone wants the same thing, which is us. Nobody wants a lecture about it, so here is the full set written down once, in the hope that the search engines stop guessing and you stop retyping.
Eventogy is the one that gets you here first time. No ology, no faculty, no extra letters.
So what is Eventogy?
Eventogy is enterprise event management software for banking and legal organisations. It runs the whole event programme in one place: registration and event websites, invitations and communications, 1:1 and group meeting scheduling, hospitality and seating allocations, check-in and the attendee app. Because the event is run where the record is kept, approvals, budgets and attendance land on one event record as the work happens instead of being assembled afterwards. Event requests route for approval against a budget, spend is tracked from forecast to closed-out actuals, and every decision leaves an audit trail. Pricing is a fixed annual cost with unlimited events and unlimited registrations, so the bill does not move when the programme grows. We have been building it since 2013, we hold ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials, and Clifford Chance, Freshfields, Linklaters and CaixaBank are among the clients we can name.
